Mohammed Raffa

Chief Executive Officer

Mohammed Raffa continues to lead the SAMACO Motors. Mohammed’s commitment to grow the organization to a world-class mobility company began in 1999 with his appointment as General manager for Corporate Planning and later as CEO in 2014.

Mr. Raffa’s leadership is founded on a passion for continuous development and excellence to inspire the SAMACO ecosystem and drive the diverse businesses forward in spite of challenges and the ever-changing face of the Saudi Arabian Transformation.

A highly developed negotiator with a focus on effectiveness and competitiveness, Mohammed Raffa holds a Master of Science in Management degree from Cranfield University, UK in addition to a Bachelor of Science degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, FL, USA where he excelled and Summa Cum Laude.

Born in Bristol, UK and having been exposed to diverse cultures, Mohammed imbues the global citizen and brings many of those characteristics and belief systems to the SAMACO organization. Fitting with the company’s ethos, Mohammed is an avid motorsport enthusiast. He is married and has five children.

Alaa Temraz

Deputy CEO shared Services & CFO

Alaa Temraz brings over 20 years of financial experience across a wealth of practices and sectors.

Some of Alaa’s capabilities include financial planning, performance management, financial control and compliance coupled with financial and operational optimization as well as treasury functions.

Aside from his day-to-day work, Alaa provides ongoing support and recommendations to the Board of Directors on forecasting, safeguarding, funding, working capital, cash flow and inventory management. Mr. Temraz has been vital in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions for the SAMACO Motors.

Abdullah Al-Attas

General Manager, Business & Digital Transformation

Eng. Abdullah develops and maintains the organization’s Digital Transformation Strategy and IT initiatives to support Business operations and promote corporate growth. He is an innovative business leader, change agent, mentor and trusted advisor to Senior Executives.

In 2012 and 2015, he was honoured with the CIO 100 and CIO 50 Awards, respectively. On several occasions, he was invited as a speaker in various global conferences about business and technology trends.

Eng. Abdullah enjoys reading, playing football and traveling.

Mohamed Mousa

Volkswagen General Manager

Mohamed Mousa, with his 12 years of tenure with SAMACO Motors, has gained deep insights and expertise, particularly across the marketing and sales functions. In keeping with SAMACO’s commitment to growing from within, Mr. Mousa was promoted to General Manager, Volkswagen after his growing of sales as well as internal and external teams.

In his time with SAMACO and previous automotive brands, Mr. Mousa has gained understanding of the complex and unique dynamics that form the Saudi Arabian automotive market and has delivered consistent results across the businesses.

Loves Soccer and travelling. He has 2 kids.

Mansour Aladwan

Regional General Manager, Khobar

Mansour Aladwan joined SAMACO in 1999 and leads SAMACO Group’s activities for the Eastern Region out of the Khobar regional headquarters. Mr. Aladwan is a seasoned professional who focuses on the commercial side of businesses. He continues his tenure working as the Chief Operations Officer of the Saudi Arabian Car Dealer which began in 2008 in addition to his role as a member of the Eastern Province’s Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to joining SAMACO, Mr. Aladwan worked as the Regional General Manager for BMW.

Every weekend he spend his time in a formal social relations and with his family and also go to the sea for fishing, he has 4 children 2 boy and 2 girls.

Peter Smith

Bentley General Manager

Peter Smith’s broad experience in the Automotive industry has established a track record of developing organizations, enhancing the customer journey, and bringing strong financial results to the Dealerships to an organization.

He was a key member of the team at Audi in Glasgow UK for five years,then later joined Bentley in Edinburgh UK as brand Manager for five years, before he joined SAMACO Motors as Brand Manager at the beginning of 2020.

Dedicated in developing solid relationships with the manufacturer, he delivers consistent upper quartile performance, achieving high company performance and meeting manufacturer’s KPIs. He is a devoted mentor and passionate on nurturing talent and helping to develop careers in an organization, to ensure a healthy environment for workers where trust, transparency, and effective communication is valued.

He enjoys hill walking, motorcycling, and travelling. He is married with two grown-up kids.

Abdulaziz Moolla

General Manager Compliance & Business Operations

Abdulaziz joined SAMACO Motors as the General Manager of Compliance and Business Operations, Abdulaziz brings to SAMACO his 18 years of Manufacturer experience within the fields of Parts, Service, Aftersales, Sales and Network Development. he will support SAMACO Motors business with both Operational and Strategic topics mainly focusing on Compliance, Internal Audit Control, OEM Contracts, Network Development, New Business Development and be a support to business operations to all our brands. Along with his automotive experience, Abdulaziz also holds a master’s in business administration, a Diploma in International Management, Diploma in Marketing Management.

He is married with 2 daughters and enjoys outdoor activities and leisure travel.

Nawaf H. Rafeeq

Human resources General Manager

Nawaf H. Rafeeq is HR General Manager, responsible for recruiting, compensation and benefits, Performance, company culture, employee relations and all aspects of the human resources agenda for the Company. He is a member of the Samaco Motors leadership team.

Nawaf joined Samaco Motors in 2022 and has more than 17 years of HR experience in Saudi and GCC Market, having spent his years of experiences in Banking, FMCG and Pharmaceutical sectors.

Nawaf earned a master’s degree in information systems management – Management School - University of Sheffield- United Kingdom and a Bachelor in Management Information Systems (MIS) From King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals - Saudi Arabia. and earned hisHR Certification from HR Certification Institute (HRCI) as Senior professional HR.

Muhammad Aboul Nour

Lamborghini General Manager

Highly experienced and results-oriented retail motor industry executive who brings over 25 years of extensive experience and a successful track record in the Automotive Industry.

Prior to leveraging his expertise as the General Manager for Lamborghini KSA, Muhammad Aboul Nour has held leadership positions as General Manager with proven ability to lead and manage dealerships for prestigious/luxury brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, and Aston Martin.

He has consistently achieved outstanding results and garnered numerous awards across all the brands he has represented.

With his tenured career in the automotive industry, Muhammad Aboul Nour brings a wealth of on-the-job knowledge.

His enthusiasm for the car business combined with a visionary spirit set the tone for SAMACO’s innovative and entrepreneurial culture.
