Mr. Abdulrahman is the Chairman of the Boards of Directors of AlNahla Group. He is also a former member of the Boards of Directors at Riyad Bank. He is the Founder of Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Company, SACO Company, and Jeddah Economic Company.
He is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Golden Pyramids Real Estate Group that operates the giant project City Stars in Egypt, the largest mall and hotels in the region. City Stars project includes more than 550 shops, both "InterContinental" and "Holiday Inn" hotels, and suites hotels for long stay.
Mr. Abdulrahman is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mr. Hasan Sharbatly Foundation for Community Service.
Mr. Ibrahim is the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of AlNahla Group. In his early age, he founded the Saudi Arabian Marketing & Agencies Company (SAMACO). This company has grown to be the exclusive representative in Saudi Arabia of the leading international brands in the sectors of automotive, toys and yachts such as Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Bentley, Lamborghini, Antix, Little Tikes, Hatteras and Sea Ray.
Moreover, Mr. Ibrahim is a member of the Board of Directors of Riyad Bank, Deba Hotels (Cairo, Egypt), City Stars/Golden Pyramids (Cairo, Egypt), Marketing Services & Commercial Projects Operation Company (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia), and Trade Union Co-operative Insurance (TUCI) Company (Khobar, Saudi Arabia).
Lastly, Mr. Ibrahim is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the First Group International, a Dubai-based group active in investment projects, real estate development, marine projects, yacht, entertainment and toys and leisure.
Mr. Yasser is a member of the Board of Directors of AlNahla Group and Vice-Chairman of the Committee of AlNahla Real Estate. Furthermore, he occupies many honorable positions in several companies across the region and worldwide. These positions include the Chairman of AL Aziz Holding Trading & Contracting Company Ltd. (Saudi Arabia), and Al Aziz Offshore Company Ltd. (Lebanon).
He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Golden Pyramids Plaza (Egypt), Arab Real Estate Investment Company (Egypt), Golden Coast (Egypt), El Abnaa for Touristic Development Company (Egypt), AlNahla Aviation Company Ltd. (Cayman Islands), AlNahla Technology Company Ltd. (Cayman Islands), AlNahla Trading and Contracting Company Ltd. (Saudi Arabia), AlNahla for Urban Development Company (Saudi Arabia), Al Nahla Offshore Company (British Virgin Islands), Saudi Arabian Marketing and Agencies Company Ltd. Mr. Yasser received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University, Switzerland.
Mr. Mohammed Wajeeh Hassan Sharbatly is the Group CEO of AlNahla Group and a member of the Management Board of Directors in several companies of AlNahla Holding Group. He occupies senior positions in several companies across the region and worldwide. These positions include Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Smile Telecoms Holdings Ltd. (South Africa), the CEO of SAMACO Group (Saudi Arabia), as well as the Vice-Chairman and Founder of Fast Auto Technic Company.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Golden Pyramids Plaza (Egypt), Arab Real Estate Investment Company (Egypt), Golden Coast (Egypt), El Abnaa for Touristic Development Company (Egypt), AlNahla Aviation Company Ltd. (Cayman Islands), AlNahla Technology Company Ltd. (Cayman Islands), Jeddah Holdings (Saudi Arabia), Al Wardiah Company (Lebanon), Power International Company (Lebanon), AlNahla Trading and Contracting Company Ltd. He is also the Founder and Executive Director of Jeddah Knowledge International School (Saudi Arabia). Mr. Mohammed Wajeeh received his bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Marketing from the American University, Cairo.
Mr. Majed is a member of the Board of Directors of AlNahla Group. He currently assumes several vital positions within the group (during the period 1993-2004) as Vice-Chairman of Fast Auto Technic Company, member of the Board of Directors in charge of SAMACO Marine, and finally as Assistant Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors' Operations of SAMACO. Mr. Majed continues his career today overseeing the Automotive sector.
Mr. Majed is a member of Al Nahla Real Estate Committee and supervises over its properties and real estates project operations. His professional experience spans over 24 years, primarily in the field of urban development, automotive and the food and beverages sector. He is also the Chairman of the First Gate Group Company since 2005, and the Unique Edition Company in Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Majed received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah.
