How I can buy my car online?
By visiting SAMACO Automotive website www.samaco.com.sa and select the brand section of the car you plan to buy. Then choose the status of the car whether new or used, model and colour. You will then see a list of cars available in stock for you to choose the right car and complete the purchase process.
How can I reserve a vehicle online?
If you choose to reserve a car by paying a reservation fee, you will be asked to enter your personal details, address and payment card information. When you click on “submit payment”, the amount of the reservation fee will be debited from your payment card immediately. After paying a reservation fee, you will receive an email from us that acknowledges your payment. Please note that this does not mean that your reservation has been accepted. All reservations are subject to acceptance by us, as we need to check that the car has not already been sold or reserved by someone else. We will confirm our acceptance of your reservation by sending you a confirmation email. Your vehicle will be reserved for 10 working days. We will contact you to discuss the next steps required to complete your purchase.
How long will my car be reserved for me?
After making your online purchase, we will request for you to arrange the collection/ delivery within 10 working days. Please contact a member of our online Sales team Direct Team on 8001180099. We will endeavour to contact you on the phone number and email address you provided within 2 business hours of purchase.
I have some questions regarding financing my car purchase who should I speak to?

Are there any other costs on top of the advertised price?
There will be a delivery charge and you can choose how to collect your vehicle. These are clearly listed before making your purchase.
In addition, the following are required to be paid: Registration fee of "400 SR", administrative fees of "420 SR" plus the third party insurance price of "1470 SR". Am I eligible for credit?
Whether or not you are eligible for car finance will depend on several factors including (but not limited to) your age, employment status, financial situation, and affordability. After submitting your proposal to our primary Financing partner, we will be notified if they require further information to support your application. If they decline your application, we may offer you an opportunity to fund your vehicle with an alternative lender.
